Booking Policies
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA cards, FSA cards, and other methods listed on our booking platform.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee still applies.
